Situated close to Champions Gate, and approx 15mins  from Disney World, this family owned, large 1900 sq ft 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the ideal vacation home for one family, or for two smaller families/couples to share.

The main central living/dining area is open plan, has a high ceiling, and is bright and welcoming with double patio doors to the rear pool/relaxation area. The living area provides a New 32” flatscreen HDTV with cable.

 Fully equipped kitchen provides a large American style fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, and coffee maker.

A full size washer & dryer are also provided for your use.

Both the master & second bedrooms have queen beds and cable TV, with rooms three and four having two twin beds each. All are generously sized and have fitted wardrobes.

The master suite has a gorgeous corner bath and walk in shower, and en suite bathroom facilities come with 2 of the other 3 bedrooms.

One of the twin bedrooms has been themed for the kids with ‘Winnie the Pooh’ and also is equipped with a TV & video recorder. The other has recently been themed with 'The Simpsons'

A computer with broadband internet access is available for use by guests, as well as free local and long distance (within the US) phone calls.

The south facing pool & spa with freshly painted deck and new patio furniture add the finishing touches of everything you could want in a vacation home.
